just talked to norseman(bill) beed a rig with winch or possibly chains he is high centered in the ditch and I dont have chains for the f250 so dont think it will d any good said there is about 5 inches of snow. he is about 15min r so past prometory lake out side esticata

Thank's bill fer posting this for ma and getting me the numbers!! And thank you marv for updating the thread and for the offer of help eventhough had plans with your family! And a big thank you to tristan for yanking me out of the ditch! It was great meeting you and having a few brews afterward!!! I look foward to the next time we meet up!.......... so here's the skinny of what happened. My buddy (who I live with)and his fam were going to play in the snow so I loaded up the dog and tagged along in my truck that I just bought a few weeks ago. So we were headed to the area where the tree run was last year for those who went. I was leading and we were about 2/3 of the way to the spot and my truck hopped out of the rutts, someone was going a little too fast, so my buddy tried to pull me back into the rutts but instead I quickly slid into the ditch and was was highcentered from bumper to bumper! So we headed into estacada and I calld my insurance to use my roadside assistance to find out that they couldn't "find" anyone willing to come out that far! ...... I need tripple a!.... so I got ahold of a tow company but they wanted 350 just for a easy winchout, and it wasn't, well kind of. So I called buzzer and he posted this fer me and gave me blazerboys didgits to call, so I did and he called me back and now I'm home! Thanks again too everyone involved please remind me I owe ya all a beer or two the next time I see ya!? And tristan thanks for showing me that brewhouse that was some good pale ale! It was great bsing with ya! And if ya need help scaring off some annoying neighbors I'll help ya make the manure plie bigger! Lol!

No worries that's what it's all about, glad I tested my winch last week! I found that I had a bad solenoid when I tested it. Good thing otherwise I wouldn't have been much help! It was good meeting ya thaks for the beers and we will see ya on the next run!

Good to hear everything worked out ok. We spent the day pulling a couple of people out of the sand at Sand Lake. There was no patrol for the day on the sand, and since we had the emergency lights on top, everyone was asking for us. LOL...we had fun thou. Hope you guys got to have a little fun in the snow, even thou you got stuck for a little bit.
