I want to do a propane conversion on my landcruiser This is the kit I've been looking at, www.gotpropane.com/p539.html. Just curious if anyone else has done this swap and has any good information before I order.

I have converted multiple vehicles. Most people that have tried dual fuel don't like it. Your timing needs to be diferent for each of the two fuels. and the 300A won't flow enough to give you much power. I would go all propane or none. If you want to convert, Get ahold of me. I can hook you up.

Awsome, the only reason I'd like to go 2xfuel is for convience of 2 fuels. Im afraid of running low and not being within range of a propane station. What kind of hook ups do you have?

I run dual fuel on my service truck thats 20000 pounds. I get 3.75 on propane. Gas 6 mpg. You will see a difference on road but most people dont see a big difference on trail.

I'm suprized you have such a large diffrence between the two? There is a loss with propane but it should be more in the 10-15% range. Of course those are the numbers I have seen when compairing propane to gas not running a dual fuel set up.
