so i,m wundering why no one has ever set up mud boggs on the weekends. I know if there was something like this i would definetly go to watch and enter. Maybe its insurance, maybe its noise, i don't know. has anyone ever looked into this? i don't have enough acerage to pull this off at my place but someone might. I would think that the entry fee and spectator fees might cover the insurance and poss pull a profit, once the word got out. any way this has been a dream of mine for a long time. what do you think. lets make it happen.

There is alot to it. More than just insurance. You are better to just do it as buddys playing in the mud.

if you charge for event that is what the county calls a bussiness and now you have to permit it all. best way is to make small and make it donation.you need everyone to sign a wavier that a lawyer has approved to keep you out of trouble but stuff can happen you still could be brought into law suite if something happened. best to keep it to groups of pepole you know.best guy to talk to would be guy that is leaseing straddleline ovr park by elma washington he could answer more then me. i got all my info from owner of woodland motorcross track who is good friend of family.

Too many tree huggers to make this happen anywhere but at a fairgrounds or similar place. If you plan on doing it on private party than like what was already said, keep it to groups of friends wheeling(accept donations of desired amount if need be) or else it will get shut down.
