I would definetly send a letter to the corprate office and explain what happened. With the way things are these days they should want to have your business.

I hate 4wp, there cust service sucks, you wait forever to be treated like you just crawled out from under a rock and found a 4wd to work on, That sucks 3petes id definately get ahold of there corp office ... i started using Woodys here in Vancouver, little more pricey but i get treated like a customer and they always throw in stickers, catologs, even nock alittle off the top every now and then

I too have had bad experiences there. Ordered a set of tires via online due to my work sched at the time and arranged for store p/u and mounting. Took time off work went down to pick them up at my sched appt time and they had sold the tires I had already paid for to someone else. Hoping they would get a set in with stock in time.
I caused a huge scene in the store many prophanities were said. I was on a deadline to get my jeep out of my garage so at this point they basically had me over the barrel so I had to wait another 3days. They were nice enough to throw in free valve stems for my trouble.
I wrote a 3pg email to the district mgr on the expierence (there were other things that went wrong then just the tires) He had the store mgr contact me within 24hrs. I spent 20min on phone with him discussing how poor there customer service was. He assured me this was not a normal thing for them to do and it would be handled.
They are now my last resort and I make sure everybody I know that wheels has heard my story. I was a retail autoparts mgr for 8yrs and would of never tolarated such horrible service. Or greedy ness that they displayed to make a buck.
Thats just my 2cents

I am just about to take my Jeep there to get a lift installed that requires one weld point on the axle. Should I do it? The labor cost they quoted me was really low! Thoughts

What kind of jeep and what kind of lift? You might be able to have some friends help put it on. A lot of us on here have welders and some spare time to help out a fellow wheeler.
