So to all of you that may buy tires from 4WP. I would suggest that you take them to someone else to have them dismount and remount your tires.. The guy working there is a total idiot and F****** up two of my swampers that I had a buyer for..The sales agent TJ was cool and brought it to the mngr Toms attention and the statement I got was "shit happens" I will no longer support that store anymore..

Yeah at least make them want you to come back that sucks.. They have been good to me but I've never bought tires from them. Usally go with someone local les schwab, tire factory or others.. That way i don't have to worry about anything going wrong with them take'em back to where i got them and they fix me up.

Thanks everyone.. It does suck, since I spent a little over $800. there and they just blew me off. I'ts hard to find anybody that carries the irok radial in a 37" that's why I went through them.. They didn't use any soap to mount the new tires or to dismount the old ones. If they had I'm sire that none of this would have happend..

I take it they tore the bead? Not sure if it would do much good but could always send a short email to their corp office explaining what they did and how you were treated. Never know what they might say?

Hhmm....so what is ONE customers "word of mouth" worth? I believe that if it wasn't for the four wheel drive community... they wouldn't be open.

Hhmm....so what is ONE customers "word of mouth" worth? I believe that if it wasn't for the four wheel drive community... they wouldn't be open. The problem is there prices on most things are cheap enough that you wont build up a large enough group to really make a dent in their financial situation. It would be like trying to boycott walmart. Someone is still gonna shop there. With that being said a call or letter to the corp office would be the next step in my book. Although even if they made it "right" with him I still wouldn't blame him if he chose to shop else where. The customer shouldn't have to go on a cruisade to be treated fair. I have had issues with the online store before but after a couple nicely written letters they squared me away and made good. Of course I am typing this without even hearing both sides or seeing the tire but have no reason not to believe it went down exactly like he said. Especially if he witnessed no lube being used to bust down the tires.

I had an issue with them. I had ordered some N-fab step bars at the truck fest show in Payallup. When I ordered and paid for them there, they told me it would take 2-3 weeks. The bars were to be sent to the portland store for me to pick-up. Well a month later still no bars, I called them, they said next week, next week arrives, not here yet, next week again. by this point I am pissed, ready to cancel order, and get money back. I then contacted N-fab told them about the problem. WOW they showed up 2 days later.I also got a t-shirt and extra decals and I even got an apology from N-fab on behalf of 4-wheel parts I guess my first mistake with them was when I bought my lift kit. I got the rear blocks (economy kit) and the shocks the day I purchased it. Then the front springs showed up (from ups)on different days to sum it up if they don't have the parts in stock that minute, don't order it!
