good thing you didnt scrap the explorer frame. I'm confused, I thought you cut up the explorer frame and you're not going to use it, what are you using, the bronco frame? ?

when i originally started i was trying to use the bronco frame cuz everything was already installed in it and ready to roll but the way the frame is made i would have needed 6+" body lift to make it work and i didn't like it...so i am now going to use the explorer frame

who said you couldn't squeeze a big block in a ford explorer needs to try harder ;D there is plenty of room for trans and t-case under the body. i still need to make the motor mounts witch will be done today now the exhaust will be a little tricky but if it wasn't what fun would that be new x-member, I'm still going to add some gussets but i have to see where every thing sits to see where to put them getting into place see it fits

You might think of using a body lift to clear your exhaust.
