i've seen alot of guys do this on pirate and they seem to like it. I've never seen anyone do it around here and would like to see how it works out.

What the heck man.. Did you just put that front end back on and now it is back off again ;-).. Looks like you need a new hobby...
It will be interesting to see how the front suspention works. It's cool that you are trying something new. Are you bringing it to Sand and Flea this weekend? It would be great seeing you again!

I didn't have it back together fully, fenders just slide in between the bars and are very easy to remove. I'm not going to the sand flea rally, but I will have it @ tsf for memorial day weekend.

i bought a chevy way back the front shackles were pipe and solid rod for shackles on front also on rear end to never had any problems with them used truck for tow rig then wheeler later on. the one you used ive had on some my street rods for traction bars to let suspenison move thru spring flex.

Motor felt great, power/torque on demand any time I need it. Driving around the roads in high range is so easy now and most of the trails can be done in 4 low, don't really even need double low much when I have that much power. I tried double low on rocky uphill and managed to find the rev limiter, it was pretty sloppy up there.
