Rear 5.38's installed, just need to pick up some u-joint straps for the rear yolk and fill the diff with fluid. Front detroit locker and 5.38's installed and set-up, just need to reassemble the outers, install cover and fill it up. Should be ready to wheel in a couple of weeks.

Detroit locker and 5.38 gear install is complete, holy crap I can actually drive in high range again! Did you break your front lockrite, or just decide to install a detroit with the gear change?

Got a good deal on the detroit and since I needed a new carrier to change gear ratios it worked out.

Did pretty good in the snow, this is the first time I had the tsl's in the snow, I don't think they do as good as iroks but they did fine. Might do some grooving on them to break up those big lugs a little.
