Got a good amount of work done this weekend, had alot of help today from Buzzer and Whiteram. Rear springs mocked up with homebrew shackle flip and DIY shackles. Axle will be set back 4" from stock. Rear axle from my k5 sitting in place Dana 60 95% disassembled, Kingpins even came out without any problems Front diff pulled out, ready for the 52" spring swap Thanks again Bill and Joe! Josh

I don't plan on relocating the mount/bushing in the frame, I'm going to just weld on some mounts similar to how you did it because I don't want to move the axle forward. And yes, the floor looks like crap already.

ahhh ok.... cool.... think I might go the same route to get rid of the blocks I have in the back of my blazer.... much cheaper than buying brackets from offroad design

Well I ran into a big dilemma and i feel pretty stupid, found that the frame I was going to use is bent pretty bad and I think since I'm in it this far I figured I want to do it right. So I need to decide either to look for another frame to use or just use the s10 frame, straight axle it and drop the v8/tranny/t-case into it. Either way it's going to be alot of work but found out that the s10 frame is boxed 3/4 of the way and may be even stronger that the k5 frame that is just c channel. What are your suggestions?
Josh
