I'm in the same boat as blk01ram and 96zjlarado as far as schedule... Sept 13th would work for me. Or maybe head out on the 12th and camp overnight. now that's not a bad idea at all.

looks like the 13th is better for most. We will need a couple trailers, I have one we can use for hauling rock. need rigs for pulling them up the hill. Most important a tractor of some kind to load the trailers. Everyone else would need shovels. Basically we wont be building anything this trip just rocking and building up whats there.

I have a couple of machines we could use, also 2 dump trailers. A 5 yard and a 3 yard. The machines are small, walk behind tracked skid steers (sk500 ditch witch). Probably be really usefull on the trail, but not to quick for filling the trailers. They could fill them, but not to quickly.

anything is better than a shovel, we used a small trac hoe once. It worked but was a lil slow.

I forgot my company picnic is that weekend, already had them hold a spot for me to camp at. Might be able to come up early saturday morning for awhile, but then gonna head to the Coast. Not very often I get to see that half of the company.

hay I ave been thinking on this and should we think about a date change befor we plan to much and peeps take time off work if any one is planing too. but was thinking that might want to change the date to later for coupel things 1) is the fire closer's inless we get some good rain we might be still closed down. 2) I would think we would want so rain to help wit the ground espicaly senc we will not have the back hoe there this time to loosen it all up to dig and all.
once agian this is just my 2cents I know it would be nice to work in nice weather but well you know.

Its far enough out I was gonna just leave the date until we see what the weather does. Hopefully not to many people are planning/using vacation days for this.

even if they had the trails closed for fire restriction doesn't mean we can't work on it. we just wouldn't be able to wheel after we were done.
