ive had a few vehicles stolen... used to have a 73 datsun truck..... was stolen almost 3 years ago... has never been found.. right now I'm in the process of moving... g/f came home one day at the old place and saw someone acting suspicous around the blazer( its about 3 feet from my head when I'm sleeping at the old place)I need to put a few anti theft devices on it soon. tying a rope around their neck and driving down the steet sounds good... or throwing them off the cliff at the towers up on goat mtn

i know a guy here outside of north plains that has been stealing toyotas anybody local probably knows about pottratz road and the stolen stripped trucks up there i know for a fact that this guy has been involved in most of those and he stole my friends truck about a year ago. but the cops wont do a damn thing about it since we dont have "proof" so i have been thinking about talking to the police and setting up some kind of sting. its only a couple hundred for a tracking device that could easily be hidden in a dash since this guy is too white trash and stupid to look for one. i know he is into stealing toyotas even from people he knows. he needs to be stopped. if anybody knows a way to make a sting work or has some cop buddies that could set something up get ahold of me. i have his address and know exactly where he lives. and if anybody is interested these tracking devices look pretty good and i think would be well worth a few hundred bucks to protect your hard work and thousands of dollars most people have into their wheeling rigs. www.brickhousesecurity.com/gps-car-tracking-vehicle-logging.html

Do you know if this is the same guy stealing cat. converters in the Forest Grove area? We have seen a Nissan Pathfinder & Toyota 4-Runner come in this week missing the Cat. Converters.

i will keep my eye out for it. i would suggest to at least the yota guys invest in a gps tracker. its a small price to pay to be able to know exactly where your rig is if it ever gets stolen.
