Here are my samurai's. The first one I picked up recently. It has locked toyota front and rears with 4.56's. It also has a 383 stroker backed up by a turbo 350 that is adapted to a toyota t-case. I have some stuff to fix as far as fabrication goes. There is some uh.....interesting things to fix, but it is a good start and goes like hell. This one is in the middle of a swap. It had a 327 in it, but is getting a fresh 327 roller motor. It has a turbo 350 and a 205 case.

radiator is in the back of both of them. Yeah, the one I bought has a pretty ugly crossmember and motor mounts. They took a toyota crossmember and bent the ends up and welded them to the frame. It is located, but really ugly. The motor mounts are not any better. Then they "fabbed" a body lift that is in some need of help also. I just have to clean up some short cuts. Nothing too severe since I already did it in the other one. A built small block will really make a samurai go. Ha ha.

sweet rides! stuff a 454 ! Thanks guys. I actually was thinking about stuffing my built 396 in one of them but didn't for a couple of reasons. First off, it is really tight with the small block. I mean really tight! The second thing is that I don't know what I would do with more power than the stroker motor! The thing just boils the tires off of it on dry pavement with 35/15.50/15 tsl/sx's locked up. I like the way you think though! LOL There is much more to come with the

Yeah, they are like a 4x4 gocart. I forgot to mention the one with the toyota axles also has chevy leaf srpings with missing link suspension. It is also getting ready to get a new set of 35" boggers. I am going to try to have it ready to hit sandlake in a couple of weeks for a shakedown run.

got a pic of the motor...? take a look at my yota in toyota "454 toyota" I saw your Toyota. That is pretty sweet. I was thinking about taking a big burnout video similar to yours, but with a short wheelbase and a locker it wouldn't be nearly so pretty! Ha ha. Maybe I will do it anyhow before I put the new boggers on. The other thing is that every once in a while it surprises me and pulls the front end off the ground. I almost rolled it over in the street in front of my house the first time! I sure as hell don't want to be caught on video rolling over in the middle of a paved road! LOL I will get some pictures of the motors. I am going to have plenty. Like I said, I am just getting ready to tear the front end off of the one to stuff the new roller motor in it. I will take some pictures of it. I will get a couple of snapshots of the stroker motor too.

You don't see many yota's that pull wheelies. I am still deciding which way to go in the one I am getting ready to put the new motor in. That one I still want streetable. The one with the stroker is a straight up playtoy. I am not positive what the stall is. I know it isn't a stock converter, but it isn't a 3500. Somewhere in between. I just don't have a tach in it yet.
