As long as there not on wile driving down the road it should be fine. Offroad you dont have to worry about it but just leave them off wile on the main road and youll be fine.

I dont think you can have red lenses displayed facing forward on or off when its not a emergency vehicle? off road it probly dont matter as long as they aint blue.

You could keep a cover on them while on the road. Side note, I think the law reads you have to have any lights mounted above the bumper covered. Also a second washington county law reads any light above 55 watts needs to be covered while driving on county roads.
Both are not really enforced, but you could get a ticket for them.
Bottom line, keep them covered when not using them. And don't use them on the road.

just finished the t/c mount used some poly mounts on the 205 case, they are pretty small but im hoping they will work along with the body lift mounts on the skidplate for the adapter mount.... do you think this set up will work ok Jason?? Also started putting my dash together with some cheapo guages and some hillbilly christmas light toggle switches lol

Yeah well kinda, i used the original skid plate and drilled holes in it put two 3inch body lift blocks in between the skidplate and the adapter mount and two long bolts to hold it plus the skid plate has three bolts per side to bolting to the frame but hmmm im not likin that either.... the skid is kinda thin and i bet i break it soooo i think ill fab somthing else for the adapter mount....
I do still have the original crossmember from the truck that the 205 came out of, its alot heavier than the skidplate so ill dig that out tomorrow and see what i can do with that and some more poly mounts instead of the body lift block crap...

make the cross member stout if you can and that will help eliminate some frame flex.
