That harness problem is the problem I ran into. I'll look at my harness that don't fit mine and maybe it'll work on yours.

There is a connector that comes off the wire harness right before the master cylinder, and its yellow. Would that be it , its not on the red runner? That manifold you have I think would be the way to go if you'll let me get that from you. ;D WOW!! thanks for the help! I feel a lot less lost now. Oh and I did post it on CL I was just testing the waters. Still thinking about just buying a 1 ton, not sure yet.

I think the biggest diferance between v8 toy and 1 ton full size is you can't fit it on a lot of trails. But if your thinking like me, You want a big mud truck and a trail truck.

The red paint on the block and valve cover make it look like an LC engineering motor.

yes! trail truck and mud truck Yep people ask me if its an LC motor, its not. Its all rebuilt about 8000 miles on it now, .40 over or 1.00 mm. brand new head with 1.00mm over sized ss valves, and a 261 crawler cam. Powder coated valve cover. Would like more power, didnt really notice any difference after I rebuilt it and did the mods. Is it worth it for the header and an intake mod? some people say its the cumulative of all the mods that make more power. That wiring harness looks like it would work, but now I'm wondering what the extra wires are for? (the 6 on one end and the 4 on the other)guess all find out, and that manifold looks nice. I'll have to hook up with you some time soon, let me no when I can stop by,or meet some were or something? PM me.

Maybe your wiring harness that is wrong will work for me as a spare. I'll look at my wiring in my truck and see if it looks the same as your pics.

MY new tires I got off CL, on the right, 5 wheels and tires for $450 the old 31s where on 15x10s the new 33s are on15x8s and there two inches wider. Still two high in front, I think some one adjusted the torsion bars so I probably crank um down a bit when I get it finished got the 4.88s all done, well almost, just got put the crush sleeve in this one and lock tite the ring gear bolts, and of course put the pins and springs in the locker. the front one is done and installed. well all I got left is to finish installing the third member, getting a tranny next week, install it , drive lines , finish welding the rear suspension, put the wiring harness on the motor, and install the exhaust, I think that's about it.

Hey Jon you parting one of those runners out? I need some rear brake lines, the ones on the axel and the one that comes off the proporcening (sp) valve. I cut one and the other the damn threads are messed up. Hey Possum, I'm nearly done don't forget the sas, rear 63's, interior cage, rebuild the front end, dual t-cases, blah, blah, blah....LOL Anyways you got a good deal on the tires. I need to get some tires as well. But I want 38's. I think I got a job tho, at Les Schwab so after 6 mos. I will have the killer deal on tires so right now I am looking for something cheap. Let me know about those brake lines. Hey don't forget to paint the brackets that you cut off, rust is a killer.
