Thanks... got 35" Dunlop Radial Mud Rovers, but gonna wait 'till I can re-gear... plus, these tires only have a couple grand on 'em, so gotta get my money's worth!!! Funny thing is, the Dunlops end up being right around 32" with an 8" rim, and the shoes on now are 31-10.50's and are actually about 30" on the same wheel... would be nice if the tires actually measured out to be what they claim...

Darn tire people, anyway... happen to know of anyone getting rid of 4:10-ish gears for a halfton Dodge? Can't hurt to ask... D44/Dodge 9 1/4... ;D

Right on man looks like fun, good to see ya out wheeling it. Every time I get going on my rig I come up with something new, I may never get to wheel it. What are gears costing you? when the time comes try jawsgear, I bought my ring and pinion from them and when I told the auto parts store what I paid they couldnt belive it. They have good deals on lockers too. Worth a shot they have been good to me.

Thanks... haven't started pricing yet... will be a couple months before I can do it... just glad it's all together and sorted out, now I can go play!!! Gonna be easy on it for awhile, want to keep 'er together at least until Sand Lake next month!!! Not into mud much, just like crawlin' around up in the hills, and in the sand... heavy foot+lots of tirespin=broken crap!!! Gotta keep it together for a bit... been down since October, when I spun 2 rod bearings... friend gave me back my 360 he wasn't using, only has about 90 grand on the original internals... still has 40 psi oil pressure@ idle and 60ish cruising, so it should live awhile!!! Scored a 203 with MileMarker's heavyduty part-time shaft kit already installed, so that's when I decided to throw the lift on... last year I scored both axles out of an '81 Dodge, with new hubs and brakes for free, so was just waited for the 'case to appear... son's friend's dad had the case in his garage, with no home for it, so he gave it to me!!! So far I've got about 75 bucks into the motor swap, transfer case and lift!!! Lift came off my old Trailduster, which was scrapped 4 years ago, just waiting around to be thrown onto my Pumpkin... Sorry for the frickin' book... gonna go 'wheel!!!
