Man that steering thing is pissing me off, pulled it apart and drilled holes in the broken studs and broke two easy outs The truck one, me nothing.... cross over steering is looking more tempting, just not reedy to shell out the mullah for it yet.. paid 3800 for it, just going to be a wheeler.

a little long for the trails don't ya think? unless your ok with body damage, that's awesome. 3800 good score. go crossover. it's worth it. 2wd box, junk yard $60 pitman arm, $70 drag link, (new) $100 high steer arm, take your pick $75-150 if your interested i can get you some links of places to look, and also local places to get the parts.

pull the arm and spacer, drill it out as big as you can and heat the shiat out of it. be sure to pull the plastic bushing first.

I had that happen to mine, a long time ago. I drilled the whole thing out and re-threaded it to the next size bigger. Mine was the passenger side. (cross over steering)

You must be planning on cutting the heck out of the fenders!!! 44 boggers need a lot of room!!!! What gears are in it? If the gears are too tall, The tranny won't like it. Especialy in the realy deep/thick stuff.

44 might be a bit much maybe 39.5s only have 4.10 gears. I like cutting things

44 might be a bit much maybe 39.5s only have 4.10 gears. I like cutting things PB runs his 44s on 4.10s I think with dual t-cases and a BB. Shouldnt take much more cutting for 44s than 40s. Althought how much clearance do you have with your flat bed?
