Might look goofy but would give you a place for a spare tire and cooler, or if you hunt to put your animal out back!

Depends on how long you want it to be.

Thats a nifty idea; to keep the burb stockish thru the back seat, but take and flat bed it from the third row back. But you would have to fix it so the cab would enclose the back seats. Or maybe make a removable top, kind of like a blazer?

The sky is the limit. I just want to get it all together as a full boddied suburban for now. Get it useable and then decide what to do from there. Those are all good ideas and I am concidering them all.

I finished removing stuff from the new frame today. My plan now is to get the old truck down there and strip the running gear from it. I need the engine/transmition/ transfer cases in place so that I can use the suburban drive line to set the rear end location. Then I will work on getting on the body.

I seen a burb that was bobbed and was cut behind the doors and the lower part pf the body extended a little ways back. I was at the mud drags in Longview, it was the same color as "Possum Pieces" I have video but no pics. Popeye I'm sure has seen it.

Add another door section to the Suburban body, make it a 6 door

No thanks. The wheel base of the suburban is plenty long enough. Remember this thing is going to be a Trailered,Wheeler (not street legal) I'm not sure how much I'll take it to browns camp, but it will go to sand lake, mud bogs, snow runs, play days, and more.

I know with my full size truck I have some problems with the trails. Just keep in mind your turning radius; that will determine where you can and cant go. I learned that the hard way.
