Started tinkering on this thing again. Took the rear A/C apart and am trying to fix the fan motor. The fan tumblers were rubbing on the case, so I cut the case back, couldn't get the tumblers to move. Now they move freely . I've also got an injector leaking on the driver side closest to the firewall, will look into that tomorrow. Don't know a lot about diesels, hopefully it's just an easy seal to replace?

I think I found the problem with the leaky injector. On the injectors(the are where the sparkplugs on a gas motor is), they have 2 over flow hoses on them, one on each side of the injector and are hose together from one to the other with rubber hoses(vacuum line). On the end one, there is just a vacuum cap on it, looks like it is leaking from that, just not on tight. I'll try putting a new one on tomorrow, ran out of daylight today. Did get some other stuff fixxed and cleaned today. Rear fan all put together and working good, also found out that I'm not getting any vacuum to the dash for the vacuum diaphrams to switch from floor to defrost. Just disconnected the lower diaphram from the vent door and now it just blows on defrost and upper vents...that should be fine for winter use til I figure out why no vacuum. Wasn't getting any vacuum from the back of the diesel motor. Does this have some kinda vacuum pump on the back...if so, it aint workin?
