The axle is completely assembled ready for install. I ran into a little trouble yesturday and today but nothing I couldn't figure out. First off the locker wouldn't fit. you can see in the photo the slide ring was hitting the diff breather webing. I had to cut it off and grind it down in order to clear the ring and fingers on the fork Well anyway it's all together. Got the driveflanges installed today after running around town trying to find 1.5" snaprings The locker and cover weighed in at around 70lbs. Beadlocks will be back from the powder coaters tomorrow so hope to have the truck sitting back on the ground thursday.

I got the rims back from the powder coater today, and even got one tire mounted. I even got the axle installed in the truck. Had to use the old lift springs and stock shackles but what ever it takes to get it going.

Something I did on the beadlocks that I didn't do the last time was I put some 1/4 rubber hose between the inner and out beads to seal the bolts from the mud and grime. You can just barely see it in the pic.

I should have the other 3 tires mounted tomorrow and hook up the steering ram if it isn't raining. I might be ready to go on a test run by the first of the month. Once I get it all tuned I will finish the propane setup and swap it on as well.

I lucked out and the guy that I got my last set of beadlock rings from had 2 spares. What were the odds. So now my spare will be a match.

See, it is kind of nice. Once you get all the parts, it comes together fairly quick.. Looking good. I like that look of your wheels and bead locks

damn. I shoulda went ahead and entered top truck challenge. I have an engine builder at work that is almost done with a 454 big block that he gonna let me run for a while just cause he wants to see how well it does. Plus I got a couple other things in the works that I will post up when I get them home next weekend that will finish off the rig. This summer I will have alot of fun getting in trouble with my truck.
