Windshield Banners I think are $10, but might be $15 now. The Poorboy flags that are in the works are just for looks. You will need to buy an orange flag and run it on your vehicle every second you're on the sand and must be 8 feet off the ground. I think there is a link to the Sand Lake rules in monthly runs.

To go to most of the places I go you'll also need to get an Oregon State off-road sticker. They're not too expensive and I think they're good for two years. Consider it a fun tax. Kinda like the National forest parking permit, the Oregon State forest parking permit, the Salvies Island parking permit, and the two dozen per year county park day use area entry fees I end up paying for every year.
