You can build one and how you want this is what I want haha. I think the scout will be at browns camp memorial weekend is the goal. got all my brake lines ran just need to bleed them out. all my coolant lines are ran, almost everything is done besides wiring and cage stuff and exhaust.

i agree with you guys lots of people do jeeps and toyotas and in the fullsize world its dominated by ford and chevy which besides being a dodge guy is why a swb w150 or a ramcharger apeals to me as a wheeler.....you just dont see them on the trail often

if you wanna wheel something rediculous I think someone needs to build vw rabbit pickup with big tires and keep in low and slow. I would do my basically everything my scout has but on one of those would be neat

I feel there's no wrong way or rite way to build a rig. There's just your way. Now there's ways that work and other ways don't but the best way to know is just to try it and see how you like it. I think a old mini Cooper on a sami chasi would be sweat.

oh yeah thats the whole reason I got the scout was to have more room for stuff and people. gonna buy one of those suspension bench seats they sell for jeeps but that will be next summer I'm gonna run the original seat with some braces on it so it holds up it already has a bow in the front center and I have some freinds that would brake it haha. they drive jeeps or did and don't like going to browns so they ride alot. I bet its just cause they don't have frames

Ok got some work done this weekend before somehow all the money in my bank account got removed without my knowledge and had no money for anything and of coarse my bank was closed so kinda screwed me. But I did get my transmission pulled out and the shift fork pivot installed and transmission and cases reinstalled. I also got the passenger hub spindle deal off and replaced with one with studs that will actually hold the hub as well as the knuckle ball seals installed and the caliper on and all the brake lines are now ran and installed just need the brakes bled and the gf has tues off so she will help me then. I also finished my gas tank/shock mount cover done and installed By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 I figured since I was near the rear of the truck I would get my seat in while I was there but I had to add a brace because it was already bowed in the middle By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 Then I installed it By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 I have had some neon pink underglow. (Rickey Racer lights) (FAST AND THE FURIOUS STUFF) so I installed one under the hood for a light to see by. looks pretty neat By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 I also had to make room for the clutch slave cylinder so I did some modification its covered now but forgot to take a picture By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 Ha and my girlfriend. "yeah its a scout they are bad a$$ just like this look I'm giving you. Don't mess with the IH" By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29 HAHA actually she is really not a fan of the scout but supports it. I had to cover it up for the night so she could get some shut eye haha. actually the tops to heavy to put on by myself. By mudmainac3 at 2012-04-29

ok got a little bit of an update. So been looking for an ignitor plug for awhile now without having to buy a whole harness well I forgot I had sold a 3rz harness to a buddy to replace the one that was in his truck that was hacked up and low and behold his old man still had it and it had an ignitor plug on it and he also had an exhaust down pipe so picked both of them up By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-04 I also went and got 40' more tube for my cage and I started adding some to the cage. trying to get it done. was suppose to finish it this weekend but my buddy's gotta funeral so next weekend will be finishing it off. add the front bar across the windsheild By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-04 also added the lower seat bar on the driver side By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-04 I also added the braces from top center bar to bottom of rear bars. I hate notching tube by the way By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-04 I also went and bought some bolts for my gas pedal mount so it should be in tomorrow and if everything goes well she should be running aswell

alright well got some work done this weekend. What I didn't get pictures of is I got the battery cables routed, got the fuse block under the hood mounted, wired in the ecu all the way, wired in my ignition switch, and wired in a push button for the start. Ok well I also welded in parts of my cage (FYI cut off shirt not proper attire for welding) By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-07 I wired in my ignitor plug By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-07 I wired in my fancy LED toggle switch's' By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-07 I also wired in my reverse lights By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-07 and of course one of the lights burned out also have headlights, tail lights, and brake lights. By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-07 oh and apperantly one of the headlights that came with the scout is burnt out aswell well needed to load the scout on the trailer to take it to get cage work done this coming up weekend so had my sister tow me around so I can say I have officially drove it had to put a seat in it so I improvised By mudmainac3 at 2012-05-07 Oh and did I mention it officially runs now got a little work on the motor to get it perfect but it works for now. really loud with only the exhaust manifold. sounds like it has a miss but it runs so i'm stoked
