Was just about to say I duno, I think every one is still watching Nmb2 to see what the longevity issues will be.

I would have helped, but 8000 miles is a bit farther than the normal 10 or less... I feel similar though, my engine and transmission are strewn about my garage right now waiting on me to get back home and order some parts, really need to finish the truck... tranny kit is on my desk at work, haven't ordered engine parts yet.

Got a big hole to fill back up. Still have to transfer the IP over and GP/eng harness.

Going back together again. Went another flat on the pump since I had it out. It's officially maxed out now.

Finally have the 5spd up and bolted to the engine. The frame is already drilled in multiple locations and with the crossmember installed with the L at the original side the cross member doesn't line up with the mount but flip it around and it lines up but the transmount holes don't. I think at worst ill just have to re-drill the crossmember and cut down the t-case linkage and to my surprise the auto t-case shifter lines up with the floor. Almost a painless swap. Truck sprouted a stick.

Didn't really work out as planned. I found that there is a slight twist to the e4od crossmember and was going to sit funny. Picked up a AOD crossmember out of a f150 and again has different trans mount bolts but sits properly in the frame rails. Ended sectioning it to move the bolt holes in the right spot. Hoping to have the drive lines at six states this week.

Tight fit, sensor is started but I haven't tightened it yet. Not sure who put the fitting post turbo but at some point I need to move it. Concerned with the AOD crossmember that it may not drop out of the way enough for the driveline even with the taller e4od trans mount installed.

Going to have to change the crossmember again, its way too close. The cheap front driveline isn't exactly right either. My old one had a double cardan joint this one does not.

Went to go get my rear driveline. It looked good with the nice new shiny black paint in all but......... He took 5.5" out instead of adding WTF.

where did you take your driveline?? was it a miss on info? THAT SUCKS It was Six States and there shouldn't have been miss communication on what I needed. On drop off I measured it in front of him (46.25") and told him I need another 5.5" so it needs to be 51.5-51.75" ish. I got a call from them the morning of just before my drive line got cut to double check what I needed. I told him again I need it to be about 51.5", I got a 'ok, that's not what was in the computer' and I again replied I needed another 5.5" on top of what's there and got a 'ok, that's all I needed to know' reply. Then I found what I found yesterday. I told the guy working saturday it wasn't right and he said it'd get fixed Monday and the computer said what I told them all three times= +5.5". It's not a huge deal I guess since the truck isn't buttoned up yet as long as they don't expect me to pay for the goof.

Driveline problem resolved. They definitely lived up to what I heard about them. They ate the cost of fixing their mistake. They completely re-tubed the rear drive line and balanced it. I paid $100 even for it which is less then the quoted $110 plus material. It was another $100 bucks for the front, local yard wanted $50 for a worn piece of junk that needed a new slip yoke and probably double cardan parts so in the end I think it was worth it just to have mine cut and rebalanced. Weather has me moving real slow but its coming back together
