I've been considering it for my yota because It sucks going up hill climbs and crap and want some better gas mileage. Pros? Cons? I went into Mac and talked to a guy he said he'd do it for about 900$ with a tank.
Anyone know where I can find a decent conversion kit or have one?

you will lose mpg and little horse power but the preformance of not having to adjust all the time and it will run up side down. i have a dual fuel on big block in my service van it lost lot of power i found as long im n town and under 50 mph im only 1.5 less then im on gas but as i fill the tank 4 times a week at 175 bucks per tank propane saves me around 400 bucks per month on fuel. there are pros and cons of this system but as me and my friends have put propane on 4x4 trail rigs to there motorhomes we never have got the same fuel mileage always has been less but alot less to go worng with it and rebuild kits for stuff is always cheap.

The guy that was gonna do it for me said it'd give me alot better mileage and what not. The power thing isn't a big deal cant do much with a built 4 banger

Propane has less BTUs than gasoline, so there is no way to get the same mileage. It sure is easy to work on and reliable though, not to mention how clean your engine runs on it.
Most of the forklift parts would be kind of small, even for a Yota.

Ya I figured he was tryin to get me to convert it that day. It'd be nice to get some better gas mileage if it got converted. And I know some forklifts actually are Toyota motors

That is the kit I have on my runner and I had one of his kits on my old blazer. Both of them worked well.
