i got my new fuel gauge hooked up and working. went to start it and run around and i think the starter is shot. i think im cursed with an electrical gremlin. oh well ill pull it tomorrow and find out whats up with it.

thanks to my friend chris(mudmadness72) the gray ghost lives again. he fixed my starter and i got it put back in today. still have an electrical issue between the key and the starter relay. but i think a push button will fix that. see everyone next weekend.

after some trial and error i now have a functional gas gauge. i still have the electrical issue but i now know where that is so ill be fixing that tomorrow. the draglink is shot so ill be working on that next.

i picked my new rear end from blk01ram. thanks again kenny. ill be redoing the brakes and replacing the axle seals and bearings since i have it torn apart. ill put it in when i get my new lift.

a little update. im working on welding up the rear and hopefully tomorrow i should have the old one out. should have the new drag link installed tomorrow as well. the original dodge one piece is 160 bucks. im changing it over to the 3 piece chevy style. i have to ream out the pitman and steering arms. thanks to mudmadness who hooked me up with a reamer.

what did you use to weld that up? don't mean to knock your work but from the pics it dosent look like its gonna hold

its a bad angle for the pic. ive welded over 90% of all 4 gears on both sides of the carrier.

its a bad angle for the pic. ive welded over 90% of all 4 gears on both sides of the carrier. like i said i was not trying to knock your work, but i would rather say something and be told im wrong and not see you sitting on the side of the trail. don't know what welder you are useing but i have a 220v mig(it can also run on 110v) if you need it! im in battleground just yell at me.
