alright then what is the use to even have a built bike or even a rail i know my banshee will do over 80mph and i think my rail is gonna be useless now im gonna have to put a restricter plate on it just put the 2.3 turbo pinto motor in it ran it against my pick-up on the flats and it wants to pull the frontend up if you give it throttle at 45mph

any form of racing has been illegal as long as i can remember, long time (prob since they closed down the drag strip), they let it go most the time, really the only time i seen em brake it up was when the quaders were out there waving a starting flag....LOL... I for one dont race, but do like to go fast (sometimes have too, ta get up the bowl yea know)
See this is a touchy subject for me because i am a local, i know the cops and rangers out there and i can tell yea they have no idea of what a vehicle can do in the sand,(not to mention THEY don't know how to drive out there) i never have been able to figure out how they justify what is safe and what is not (i mean sometimes it is obvious).... i still think its just there opinion, which to me doesn't and shouldn't mean crap in court...

There is a lot going on to keep an eye on everything. From what I've heard, they don't want crack down too hard on everyone. There would be a lot of pissed off people if they did. They like to play just like everyone else, and keep the wheeling areas open to all.
