We ordered a Gen Right sway arm for the rear of our Jeep for 500.00 - received it a week later as they lost in the warehouse for a couple of days. We then opened the box and were extremely disappointed in the parts. The "machined arms" advertised arrived in the box as bare steel, without all of the holes drilled that are necessary for installation, they had been cut to different width's (not on purpose), and still had slag from the cuts left on the arms. Everything in the box was in this condition. We returned for a full refund. Nothing looked like the picture and most parts did not even match the description accurately. We were told they had made improvements and that's why it was different. Didn't look improved to us.
We have since received and installed a Currie, no problems and looks great!

I received the down supports from Gen right and I was very happy at what I recieved. It was bare metal which was fine for me since I was painting mine. Sorry to hear that you got some crap from them..
