finally got back into it. started fabbing a motor mount. Bought some upper pieces for the gm motor mount from DIY4x. welded some 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1/8"gussets to the frame. centered the motor and set each side to height. then cut and notched some small tubing pieces to fit the greasable bushing sleeves. (www.diy4x.com) i tacked them in place with the bushings in, so the bolt holes were perfect bent some tubing to contour the oil pan and notched the ends. since i couldnt get the shape with one bend, i made two separate bends, and sleeved the center together. This also made the piece easy to adjust. i welded one of the dom sleeves permanent, then put the bushings in and bolted it under the engine, using the slip in the center for adjustment, to align with the other sleeve on the other side. i tacked it to the other sleeve, tacked the middle, and then pulled it for finish welding then traced out some gusstes from 1/8" mild steel
