Looks like I have the steering ram figured out. It's a little closer then I would have like to the fittings, but hopefully it'll be okay. Not able to flex it yet so I hope it clears. Pictures to follow later.

Received my order from 4wdfactory today. Got my lower link brackets that I can't use since I bought the D60, but I'll try and either sell them, or call Ballistic and see if I can exchange them. Also got 2 more Ballistic joints for the links. The 3" ones are HUGE, here they are next to one of 2.63" joints I already had... Since it was a sunny weekend, took time off working on the truck to get this ready to sell. Just need to seal the wood and bolt the bed down and I can list it for sale. Looks a lot different then when I brought it home... Hoping to get back to work on the truck after we get back from Chicago. Going to order a set of Stage 8 spindle nuts for the D60 and new spindle bearings. Then when I get back can assemble the brakes, and carry on with the shackle flip in the rear, and start measuring for the cage.

Built a square driveshaft for the front with 1410 yoke on the axle side. Had Six States remake the rear shaft with a 1410 yoke on the axle side as well. Due to being only 2x4 originally, the floor had to be trimmed significantly in order to mount the transfer case in the clocked position. Then sheet metal was formed and welded into place. Bought a 4x4 exhaust crossover pipe and hoped it would fit. It was really close to transmission pan and due to the clocked TC there was no clearance to the driveshaft. The crossover was modified for clearance and bolted up. Still a little close and the driveshaft does hit, but it's not too bad.

Timmy the rear bumper looks great, super simple and effective. A+
Is that a trans filter your using for the power steer? my pump is going out I think because of a little water and maybe some contamination. was looking at the psc replacement pump for mine, I think its 175 with out the can. just wondering if its much better then stock?

Not sure how much better it is then stock, but it seems to flow great. We'll see how well it does when I switch to full hydraulic.
The filter is just a remote engine oil filter with a standard filter. Researched on Pirate and several people have used that setup with no issues. A lot said they only replaced the filter once a year. It doesn't seem to restrict flow at all. The whole setup cost less then $30 also.
