Nice work!! Like the Toyota axle in the Jeep, i have thought about doing the same, I like the looks of the Jeeps just no the parts. I was thinking that the traction bar may keep you from flexing to full potential, I have always thought that heim joints would work better for that application.

we grabbed the fork lift the other day and flexed it out, it seamed to work well. i went with a tube in a tube so it shouldn't bind

i covered the rear corners with some 3/16 steel plate and added some tube fenders and led's

I recently put a new tub on my yj and the fuel cell was already mounted, this is how it turned out, not sure how many gallons it is I think 10

that cell looks good, i needed to keep my rear seat functional. the panels we made at the shop, we didn't get the first bend right but we were able to straighten it and rebend
