Got the drivelines built today. Tomorrow after work me and a buddy will pull the transfer case back out and grind the input shaft. It is tapered and makes the transfer case bind up when you bolt it up. Then I can put the drivelines in. Hoping to start the cage next weekend. Thanks again to Tristin for the use of his bender.

The input shaft or you talking about the housing?

I had to grind the input shaft a little. Took it out and put it back in yesterday.

I fabed up a crossmember today. I'll have to wait until Friday or Monday to get the bushing, so I can finish it. And I started cutting the rocker panels so I can make the rock sliders.

I got my crossmember bushing today, so I finished it up. Alittle more fit up. And the final product. Who needs to spend $250 on a crossmember.

You going to put any kind of skid plate under there for protection on the transfer case? Nice job, I prefere home built solutions. That way you can only blame yourself when sh@#$ breaks.

Nope just a torch. I'll build the skidplate sometime this weekend. I had the stock crossmember holding it up so I couldn't build the skidplate.
