Ok...looks like we are in for this. Both of us are off work from injuries. May not be able to do a lot, but we will find something to help with. Renee has the bad knee and I've got a bad back. We will be taking the Black Jeep Cherokee Rescue Rig and meet Dave and any one else at 24Hr Fitness. Ken (503-319-0264)

I have to work, is there going to be any clean up, or trail making on Sundays??? Also I was wondering what difficulty level of trails are we talking? If they are too easy I don't think that it will attract as many people as needed.

Well I over heard that around 60 people showed up for the clean-up. Was a great day, little foggy down low to start, but cleared up. Got a LOT of stuff picked up, and found 4 stripped out (and cut up) vehicles. Will get pics up soon.

Final Count,,, 75 people registed at Jones Creek Trail Head. others came in from cold creek to help and are not included in the 75 person count.. This was a great day... I was worried that very few where gonna show ( you know.. few help,, many enjoy,, but fortunately this was not the case today..
Enjoyed a nice Bar B Q after the event and then went on a trail ride on two of the proposed trails.. Randy of PNW4x4s.com had his full size bronco on 39.5 and it proved challenging to him.. a sidewall blew on a tire.. and he got a few body modifications,, ( I hope he is not upset at the damage,, his truck was straight. ) We warned him his truck would be scratched.. he was ok with that.. did not expect him to get dents..
I hope everyone can come to the cruise in at Woody's 4x4 on Sunday OCT 12. DNR will be there to answer questions about the trail system and plans for improvements of the Burn.
Again Thanks to All.. Loose Cogs, Vanc 4 Wheelers, Washougal Bunch, Pistons Wild, PNW4x4s, and PoorBoy and others were represented this weekend. I am Proud of you all. Dave.
