Thanks.
I still have to make some bottom stiffiners and want to put some rock guard skid protectors on the bumper, but that will be another day.
The mudflaps will look even better once I get the big Poorboy stickers put on them :-)..

OK, I think I will have time this Sunday to go up to my dad's shop and work on it a little. I am planning on working first on the back 4 link and seeing how bad the damage is. If I can repair it and put a new bolt in it, I will. If not I will cut the old 4-link bracket off and get the back cleaned up and ready to order a new one.
I plan on putting the tires back on the drivers side after making sure all the 4link looks OK on that side, the focusing on the front. I will try to pull that spring out and remove the spring bucket and top 4link bracket. Then I can measure and order the parts I need.

Well I go the rear end almost back together again! All 3/16's plates and pretty nice. Coil buckets even look good now :-). I still have about 30 minutes of welding on one of the top 4link brackets to make it one solid piece then the back end will be done.
I have not really looked at the front end yet. I have not ordered any parts or anything, I will not have time to work on it more this weekend, so it will be sitting for a while more. I plan next Friday I will have the night to work on it. I will finish the rear and start cutting on the front.

Rusty, are you making new tabs and welding onto the old ones or did you buy all new ones? I want to take care of mine before I do much more I really don't like the lil' factory mounts. I'm going to take your advise and stiffen them up before they let go.

I'm going to take your advise and stiffen them up before they let go. I've been making new brakets... I have not taken any pics yet. The only thing I have left is this one.. This is how Skyjacker mounts the track bar to the upper part of the axle. It ripped the braket off of the coil spring area, so I need to remake the whole thing. It is really complicated for me to make, and I have been unable to find a place that makes a heavy duty replacement. If anyone can find a replacement, please let me know.

This is another pic of what it should look like once it is done. This is the last braket I need to fix and I can take it for a test drive and see how it works. I have saved the tuffest for last though...

I hope you are cutting all the factory tinfoil brackets off when you make the new panhard bracket.

I hope you are cutting all the factory tinfoil brackets off when you make the new panhard bracket. Yes I am cutting the whole thing off and replacing it. I would like to find a heavy duty replacement because I don't know if I can make it, but I do have the 4" c channel steel (3/16" thick) that is the same size as the coil spring bucket. It is the panhard bracket area that will be tuff for me to make. It will be easier now that I have the pictures of what it should look like. Once done, I will take pictures of the brakets I replaced.
