What type of bender are you using, just wanting to know an inexpensive 1 that works.

that isnt square tubing on your hoop is it? should do it with the 1" pipe then run a piece across that will tie in with the fairlead plate, maybe. cool bumper though. I like it when they are just barely wider then the frame.

Thks yeah i like them short to, and there isnt any square tubing on it its all round the short peices are 3/4 inch pipe and the stinger is 1inch i still want to do a peice of flat plate at the top of the hoop with a spot to hook my winch hook into..
Wow nice bumper build poorboy i like the style of that and i was lookin at mine, i have no steering box cover so, thanks for the call on that on i need somthing there i thought about boxing it with flat plate but i like your idea with the tubing
also your right i think i need to do somthing to strengthen the fairlead mount, ive never owned a winch before and i imagine there will be alot of force on that mount as of now all i have is a two pass on the front and 3pass weld on the back side, i was thinkin about small angle gussets on the ends of it 45 degrees out but i like the idea of tieing it into the stinger... could be light mounts to ....

Yeah its that damn glossy crap lol well here she is loaded up i just need to finish my steering box loop and shackle hangers but i can do that with it mounted.... made some loops to brace the fairlead mount ... thks poorboy ... they also work good for my kc light mounts.. i just welded some gussets on the inside of the pipe for light mounts... its kinda hard to see with that glossy crap... i think i may need some smaller lights .... other than that thanks for the ideas poorboy and damn i like it ....
