new project to work on. my friends dad rolled his daughters 4 runner and let us have it for a project so now its where to go from here lol. or possability of trading it to someone for parts because all engine components work perfect for a pickup project truck. idk yet depends on how bad the damage is on the structure of the body when i can actually get some time to get in and check it out. no engine damage at all im suprised tell me what you think cut off the back top half and roll cage it and build her up... or trade.sell as a parts truck?

Wheel that bad boy. You don't have to worry about body damage. I loved wheeling my thrasher before she broke and died, then I sold her..

use a hi-lift jack and see how much you can fix the top. I would try to at least get the top to seal at the top of the doors. That might make it so that you don't have to cut as much off. You would need to cage it any way, but at least you will stay dryer and warmer. Then you might think about SAS conversion, and/or bigger tires, lockers/welding the spider gears.

try to straighten it out like possum said, try to save as much of the front part of the cab you can. then just cut off the back part. put a roll cage in no matter what you do.

some blocks of wood and a floor jack, I would try to get it as strait as possible before cutting it, take your time don't rush it and I think it would turn out nice. ;D

I saw a build that would be perfect for this one on marlin, they choped the back off behind the rear door, built an internal cage that buggied out the back portion after the rear door!! It looks awesome! Oh and better sas that bad boy if your goin to use it as a serious wheeler!

WOW! There isn't gonna be too much body left on that if you take all the damage off. It's gonna be a lot lighter. Is the frame bent?

From what I can see of the pics, it's all body damage. Even the hit to the front, the frame horns are sticking out. Get the under side cleaned up and take it in for an alignment. Will find out if anything is bent that way.
