Been working on rear up front swap. I want to step up tire size soon. I am thinking 39.5 IROK I don't want it to be any taller though. The conversion moves the tire further from the floor boards and is only a little more lift than my old wore out lift springs. I had to re-arch a couple leafs on the press and reuse them in the pack I installed. I have the springs installed and am almost done flipping the ball on the push pull steering. I received the new heavy duty steering studs from trail gear today. I still have to re-locate the shock towers and retoob (longer) the drive line, finish hooking up the steering and tighten evry thing. I am working on getting together $ for the high steer but didn't want to wait to do the spring swap, so hopfully the modafied stock style steering will get me by for a while. Sorry no pix yet. I have a 39.5 swamper on the front to see if it will clear. And it does...

i did the RUF swap, didnt have to do anything to the shock mounts just left the upper one a bit loose, i also cut, rotated, shortened the draglink (already had a ball swap LOL) it has worked fine for me so far.... i would like to see those 39's on there, if i even run 35's and turn to the right at full stuff (drivers side) my tire hits the steering arm.....
idk what you had before but i really need new brake lines now and 14" shocks.... the RUF flexes really nice...

I think it was like a 3" rancho spring or something... Beat to heck and flat as a pancake. The tires I am running are 35" boggers.

Tried installing the new studs yesterday and two of the studs stripped out in the knuckle. I got a knuckle and swapped it out today. I knew the studs were getting bad, and was looking for a replacement. I got the steering all together. I got the shock hoop off and the frame cleaned up on the drivers side. Next will be Removing the passenger side and smoothing the frame. Then the drive line. I am planning on ramping it and measuring to check for shock placement. The steering arm that I shortend came out good but I hope I can switch it over to high steer soon. Looks like bump steer will be realy bad and/or bad steering when flexed

You should be able to clear 39's easy with some trimming.

robert had a 39.5 swamper on a 6 lug wheel. I tried it on the right front. It fit prity good. When I flexed it it tucked prity tight inside the fender well. I think it would be easy to make some fit. I want to put on 39.5-14.5-15 IROKS after high steer and dirty thirtys

Got the IFS steering box this weekend. Ported it for hydro asist today. I put plugs in the holes untill I have the parts for the asist. I put the box on the shelf untill I get the rest of the parts for high steer. Hopefully only a couple weeks....

He is out of Texas but dropships it right from Trail-Gear.
