yesI have the 63in chevy leafs, with dual shackels in the rear...just alows more drop, not the best way to do it but it worked and i thought i would try it. Notice Notice NoticeI am rebuilding the truck started 2-27-07 tearing it down and will be, Rebuilding ;D her with a new (rust free frame) and rasing the motor(maybe a new one) so that the oil pan dose not get holes from the steering arms , Also may use the ex-cab that i have along with the roll cage. I will try to keep it updated.

so my new frame was bent (off by 5in total up front) so after a long weekend i found a new one, strait but needs more prep work then the other. then today my order from black widow showed up: f/r u-bolt flip kits, front axel gusset, front drop shackels, brake lines, and (on there way, different shipment) 4* degree shims for the front. so super excited...thanks alot shane....so now i just need more time to work on it....

Progress on the CHEVOTA Rear axel reassembled New 6in (eye to eye) shackels vs. 3.5in (eye to eye) stock Rear crossmember removed ready for tow package Tow package iinstalled My weld are looking good (it is amazing what having someone teach you can do to improve your welds, self taught=not pretty) My work station This is how i noched the frame for header clearence, and the brace in the frame...not safe i know This is how the other side was notch, notice the crack? This is the old motor mount, see how it is almost even with the botom of the frame, you can buy bolt in one that sit on top of the toyota mounts, and would have probly made clearence for the headers and the steering. (thats what happens when you buy someone eles project) Some things that have slowed me down: Here is a broke steering bolt in the knuckel that i spent hours trying to get it out (finaly did) The hole in the exhaust that i still need to fix And i found out what was making my motor run like crap... the foam is from water getting in via the leaking intake gasket, so my motor should be fine with just a new gasket set, but i am still going to use the crate motor and maybe rebuild this one for somthing eles? and here is the motor siting in my garage ready to be dismantled and reassembled on my new motor (intake, carb, distrubutor, ect) So just waiting to pick up my shims, and spring pins, going to rebuild the front knuckels wile i have it apart and i think one of the bearing is bad so my front end will be all new and the rear has the new housing, probly going to get some low pro drain plugs for the axels, still also need to pick up new brake lines and other plumbing stuff, it should be rolling monday (i been saying that for two weeks) i put some more pics up when it rolling.
