you still gonna sell that dana 44 front,,,that should work in my chevy for a solid axle conversion,,as long as the pumpkin is on the left i think,,,how much ya want for it? make sure it is disc brake. I would also look for a hipinion for the swap.

according to the pics in this post it is a low pinion. I wasnt sure wich axle you were selling cause one looks like closed knuckle wich should be drum brakes and yes one looks to be disc. the one that looks to be disc sure looks like a low pinion, but then I've been wrong before.

what you should do is stop trying to sell the 76 and swap those axles into the 73. Drum brakes in the front suck arse. After you get all the parts you need then sell the 76. Why are you selling the 76 anyway?

for the cash..wife doesn't want to let me keep putting $$$ in the rigs... Yeah i was thinking of selling the engine/tranny/t-case/axles..... - the front one, but with a slanted drive way makes it hard to switch axles

why sell the 76 over he 73? the 76 has better running gear. dont know what you have for engines. you wont be happy wheeling this winter with the 73 stock front axle. you get them brakes wet and you aint stopping.

does the 73 have a divorced case? I just read your sig line and see what ya have now but still not sure why youve made the decisions you have. Only reason I would thnk is smog or one is a total rust bucket.
