Man thats lookin sooo good thats going to be one seriously solid rig.. lookin very tough ( good idea on teachin the wife to weld i may try that i could get alot done if she did the weldin ...)

here is the cage coming together. The pipe goes thru the floor and is welded to the pipe under the floor and the floor. Taping up to figure out where I will make the tunnel.

had to trim the frame and got the transfer case in. Actually it is just a 203 but still trimmed the frame for the doubler.

Got a bit more done. now the passenger door is cut and installed along with making a rock gaurd for the left side.

I did a liitle more to the cage. I put in a dash bar and some triangulated stuff over head. I also got the brake pedal and and master cylinder mounted. Gonna have to build a steering colum cause the stock chevy one wont work I dont think.

I got a tilt/telescoping steering colum from a 2002 freightliner century truck. It is air actuated. should be a cool addition.

I built a mount and welded it to the factory mount and also added a support up to the cage. Here it is mounted
