I finally installed my volvo bump stops. these should help when at sandlake. If they bottom out to soon I can remove the aluminum spacer and gain 1 1/2" more travel.

The bump stops are for landing or when hitting whoops way to fast(blazerboy understands hehehe). They are off a Volvo VN same as my power steering reservoir.

yea the only drawback is its another place to trap mud but the gain in strength is worth it.

I ordered all the hardware today for the rings. The powder coating should be between 15&25 bucks each wheel. I'll find out after they sandblast them. should be around 20 bucks since they are coating them the same color as our trucks steel wheels.

I set the wheels on the scale at work and without bolts or outer rings they scaled out at 140lbs. I couldnt believe they wer that heavy. That means with bolts and outer ring they are between 40 and 45 lbs each. daaamn

It's been 3 months but yea they were just trying to keep in good standings with the customer. I'm angry cause it takes this long but knowing how production works and retooling I keep telling myself they aren't doing it on purpose. Maybe sometime soon. I am very close to welding the front end and putting it together but I know as soon as I do the parts will show up.
If this was my first dealing with them I would probly be alot more upset. They did me good on some U-joint issues and helped me out so I have a different first impression that is keeping my hopes alive on the locker.
