No point in going for a couple weeks. there is too much snow to see the trail.

I just read through this thread and I'm glad to see your group adopting 7up, its a great trail that needs the attention to stay open. I cannot add my name to your list, BUT in my defense, I have done trail maintenance with ODf for a number of years. I even have a trailer I built mainly for offroad trips, but works excellent for trail repairs hauling rock up the trails. I have some pictures of it in use up there, but I cant post 'em here. I guess what I'm saying is when theres a trail repair going on, I'll probably be there.

I should build one of those. Maybe put a hydrolic dump on it.

As long as no snow storms come thru we will take another look at 7up on or around the 19th? If the weather doesn't start warming up then it will be next month.

If you balance the trailer well enough, a simple hand dump would do. I've been thinking about making this a dump, but it was designed to be for camping first. I used a 3500 pound tortional axle and a 2" tube subframe. the tongue is extendable and removable, the rest is aluminum. I was up on Jordan Creek on Saturday, theres no snow there. If I can get my Bronco done in the next 2 weeks, I'd like to tag along to scope out 7up with y'all.

sounds good. we really didnt even start to hit snow until just before the cutoff to crushers, thats where it had a little depth. Coulda made it but the montero in the group wasnt set up for it plus it had over heating issues. I'll keep everyone posted when we will make another attempt. If I have to I will bring the chevy.

I haven't been paying to much attention to this but I would like to get in on this. I have some small farm machines and tools that would prob help out with this stuff a lot got a little 4x4 tractor with a bucket and a small dump trailer and I got a little 4x4 gator thing that has a hydo dump bed on it and i got the means of getting it up there too. So let me know what we need when we do this and i might just have it
